Oregon 40 will not allow me manually input my kicker refund. Is anyone else having this issue?

I assume that you have seen the screen "Oregon Kicker Credit", which at the beginning of several screens asking for information. If not, are you an Oregon resident this year?

If indeed, you got into this Kicker interview, you don't enter the kicker amount directly, instead you enter the amount of Oregon tax liability you had in 2022. Where were you trying to enter the kicker directly?
