When will this be available to file and pay the fee? What is the link to do so? Thank you.

New York Form IT-204-LL, Limited Liability Company/Partnership Filing Fee Payment Form, will be available for 1065 partnership returns on 02/10/2023 for print purposes, and 02/03/2023 for E-filing.

The Tax Form Availability link now says every NY form is unsupported for efile? This is different from as recent as yesterday. Is this actually the case? Then why did I purchase a NYS module? Thank you @JohnW152

NY IT 204 LL. I have submitted this form multiple times. it says it worked, but it never gets processed. I'm not convinced my IT 204 filed yesterday will be accepted. I also will be looking for NY fee refunded.
