I submitted my online federal and New York returns, and I received a confirmation email from TurboTax saying my federal was accepted on March 2 and my NY was accepted on March 3.
When I checked the NY check your refund status page online, it says "We do not have any information about your return at this time. E-filed returns could take one week to post to our system; mailed returns can take up to three weeks to post to our system. If you e-filed, check your email, tax software or tax preparer to ensure it has been accepted."
It is now 2 weeks since I received the TurboTax email that my NY return was accepted, so is there a reason why NY does not even show it as received on their end? Is there anything I should do to follow up regarding this? Thanks!

Once your return is accepted, TurboTax gets no further information about your return, including the date of your refund or information about any delays. Since your return has been accepted, it may just take time to post to the state's online system. If you're concerned, contact the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
