Multistate e-filing

I bought Turbotax for business and 22 state licenses. But Turbotax is only allowing 3 efiles. How do I efile for rest of the 19 states. And there are atleast 9 states that wants us to efile only

In general, efiles for TT Desktop product (CD/download) are limited to 5 Federal and 3 State, but I don't know if that applies to TT Business as well.
