ME PFML

Maine now has its own PFML program and MEPFML is now included in box 14 on W2s for those of us working in Maine. 

TurboTax has other states listed for the Category, but not Maine. I have selected "Other (not classified)" but I'm not sure how TurboTax is going to handle this during calculations. 

Any idea when TurboTax will be updated to handle this correctly? I'm using the desktop 2025 TurboTax Deluxe, myself.

Select "Other deductible state or local tax" for it to flow to your itemized deductions to be included with your state and local taxes. If you don't itemize, other is fine.
