I can't e-file my Mass return because of a program glitch that says I can't e-file because I have non-taxable income in the form of a pension.
I already paid for the state e-file. I called the customer service number [phone number removed] to ask for the refund and I got it.
I hope this helps everyone.
Please see this link, E-filing loop

You mentioned a browser, but desktop software does not use a browser in the same way that Online TurboTax does. Are you using desktop software (CD/download)? It's also important to know whether you are using Windows and what version or Mac OS X and version.
I assume you are having a problem with Massachusetts since you posted in this thread. If you are using Windows, does the FAQ below describe your problem? It has a Massachusetts workaround in it.
