Maryland Tax Social Security
I thought Maryland did not tax social security benefits. Why, on line 11 of my Maryland Tax
Form 502 does it include SS tax of $26,000. Shouldn't it be $0

Line 11 of Maryland Form 502 is in the Subtractions From Income section.

And it should be the same amount that's on your federal 1040 line 5b. That is the taxable amount that was included on your federal return.
