Maryland recently passed a law that excludes Unemployment Compensation from taxation for 2020. Does the Turbo tax Maryland tax return reflect an exclusion yet?

No. Once the forms are revised by the State of Maryland, TurboTax will update the Maryland state return to reflect the tax code changes under the RELIEF Act. 

Also, please keep in mind that the tax free unemployment waiver only appears to apply to single filers who reported under $75,000 or joint filers who reported under $150,000.

Per my call to Maryland Tax Dept. just don't include it on return. But how is this done in TurboTax?

This TurboTax Help states:

TurboTax calculations have not been updated for Maryland. If you have not filed your return, you can either:

• Wait for TurboTax to be updated along with your state, or
• File your return now and potentially amend later if they do not follow the federal guidelines.
