Maryland Form Line 13 Pension Exclusion -

Pension exclusion is still on 2020 return form for Maryland but no shown in your program

Showed up in mine, but may be in error. Gave me exclusion although I did not turn 65 until January 1, 2021. Do I need to override, or is it using Soc Sec info where I was eligible for Medicare on Dec 1 for some paperwork reason?  Should I hold off trying to file until there are more current updates?

You can receive the exclusion if age 55 or over if you were a retired correctional officer, law enforcement officer, fire, rescue or emergency services personnel of the United States, the State of Maryland or a political subdivision of Maryland.

It may be that some questions were answered wrong as that could allow the exclusion even if under the age of 65.
