Live in PA and work in MD - still paid both PA and MD tax

I live in PA and work in MD.  I got  both MD and PA tax on the same wages. I will file a MD return to get a refund. But my turbotax is treating it as MD income. What am I doing wrong to get the full refund from MD?

Because Pennsylvania and Maryland are reciprocal states, you can file and pay taxes to your resident state.  Because Maryland tax was withheld, you must file as a Maryland nonresident and report zero Maryland wages.  You will get all the withholding returned.

So under my federal form, it splits it out between states. You are saying to put all earnings under PA and claim the full PA tax for total amount (which includes MD as well).  When filing for MD, put "0" for earnings and claim full amount that MD took out. This is correct?

Yes, that is correct.  Here's more info on Reciprocal States.
