I tried this on my taxes, and it worked for me too.  I was able to e-file my Ky taxes.   At least it's a way to work around the problem that TurboTax is having at this time.  Thanks for the information.

Issue resolved. State and Federal successfully e-filed and accepted.

I retried e-filing both the federal and KY returns last night after hearing that some people were finally able to e-file the KY return and it worked.  Not happy that TT took so long to resolve the issue.

I e-filed my federal and state tax returns.  They were rejected because they said I have two 1099R that are the same.  They are not the same one is for Russell and one is for Margaret.  All the numbers are the same but are for different people.  I have filed my taxes for at least 10 years this way with no problem.  How can I fix this problem.  RH1941
