I am working on my 2020 tax returns but I can't find any option to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit.

I filed as a dependent in 2019, but am filing as an independent for 2020. According to the IRS website, I am eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit, but TurboTax is not giving me the option to claim it.
