How do I know if any of the money we paid federal tax on is exempt from GA state taxes?

All of my income is from Social Security or my federal retirement annuity; none of my wife's is.  Is any of my SS or federal retirement subject to GA state taxes?

If you are age 62 to age 64 up to $35,000 of your retirement income, SS and pension, is excluded from Georgia taxation.  If you are age 65 or older up to $65,000 of your retirement income is excluded from Georgia taxation.
