Hi, I filed my Federal and CA State taxes yesterday, Federal was accepted but CA State has not. It is now almost 26 hours later. should I be worried?

As long as it is in a pending status, no. The state return can take a little longer to be accepted. If it is rejected, you will have a fair opportunity to correct the rejection, even if that is technically after the filing deadline. It will still be considered on time.
