There is an error in the NYC Partnership program. How do I report this without just calling support where they honestly won't understand.

Thank you. In the Forms view of NYC-204 Schedule B Part 2 line 13b. which calls for the NYS PTET tax paid, I entered a value and on13c. NYC PTET tax paid I entered a different value. When I go to print the return (as I understand Turbotax doesn't support NYC efiling of this), Lines 13b and 13c are reversed and the incorrect totals are represented whereby 13b should be NYS but it's NYC and 13c should be NYC but it's NYS.
As a point of information, Schedule B, K-1 reconciliation report where each partners amount is transferred for NYS and NYC are correct as they are on the individual K-1's and it's only incorrect on Schedule B Part 2.

We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.

I don't understand why you start the process and then go MIA? Customer Service wastes more time getting someone to understand the issue. Time to ditch TurboTax as there's no follow through whatsoever.

The so called fix was part of an update today and while it put the totals on the correct line, the printed form now looks like the actual NYC- 204 but the FORMS view does not provide similar fields to input the appropriate information. Does anyone QC the program before putting it out for public use. I can't continue wasting my time doing your job. While I would like to get this fixed, TT makes it impossible where I need to jump through hoops to get to someone and then the only way is through this community. Why can't someone contact me and go through your errors so you can fix them? This isn't fair and I can't continue to wait and am forced to see other solutions. Very, very disturbing and unproductive.

TurboTax has reviewed the issue, and has been fixed as of 02/24/2023. Please reach back out to us if you need any additional assistance.
Unfortunately it is only partially fixed. The tax total prints on the correct line, however filling in the information still goes to the wrong line, plus Turbotax now shows the correct government firm but there’s no input method to send data to Partner A, B and C per the form. This method of communicating is unproductive. The form/interface doesn’t work properly and if TurboTax doesn’t care, just say so. I have wasted numerous hours on this issue and no one seems to really care to understand the shortfalls.
Per partner information can be adjusted in Forms view on the Sch K-1 Wks within your NYC Partnership return. To the immediate right of the boxes on the form in the preview window there is a scroll bar to proceed through Ptnr No. 1, Ptnr No. 2, and Ptnr No. 3.
