You will have to figure it out. TurboTax will ask you to manually enter Arizona amounts for all your various types on income.

If you lived in Arizona for nine months, you probably received nine pension payments while living there so 75% of your pension would be taxable.

If you received a lump sum, the amount would be taxable to Arizona only if you were living there when you received the lump sum payment.
