COVID-19 extension for KY

In KY, Turbotax talks about the impact of COVID-19. It states the following: "Payments made from April 16th through July 15, 2002 will have penalties and interest waived."

However, this is incorrect in part.  The interest cannot be waived, by law. Unless I'm reading this information incorrectly:
