Confusing residency information question in 2021

Moved from California to Oregon in Late 2021, and working through the CA state form after the standard questions on residency there is a new page with 2 puzzling questions, I have no clue what is being asked.

Residency Information before 2021

  Were you a resident of California before 2021 ( yes ).  - this one is clear

  Did you enter California before 2021 ( y/n ) -  is this asking if I moved there or if I entered like on a trip?  with the first being yes this is obviously yes but I don't think I understand the question

  Did you leave California before 2021 ( y/n ) - is this asking is if lived there and moved or went on vacation or?

By entered and leave TurboTax means did you move to the state to live there, or did you move out of the state to live somewhere else. The second question seems redundant, but it is possible that you were born in California and always lived there, so you would answer no to having moved into the state, even though you were a resident in prior years.
