Where are you getting that error? On the NY website?

Mines been saying the same thing. I filed on feb.1st. I saw somewhere that it means they haven’t gotten to it yet. So in the system it’s 0 dollars or something like that. Several people I know are getting the same message on the NYS website. @mytori11
@samuelsmonique34 I Spoke To A Representative She Informed Me It There In The System But The Website Is Acting Up & To Try The Site Again In Another Week

@mytori11 NYS finally updated this morning to we have received your return and it is being processed.
I was having the same problem. Filed on 1/31. Yesterday it finally says received and being processed. Took a week for that to show up. Last year it took NY State to accept the return.
