California efile rejected Reject Code SCHX-020

I sent in a amended my California was rejected with Reject Code SCHX-020 I went through the review and Turbo tax showed Smart Check Results that the forms looked good . I resubmitted the California amended tax forms efile and it was again rejected by the state of California .    I followed the suggestion to delete that California tax files and redo my CA taxes and then re-submitted but it was rejected by CA once again. I was told "If the (Amended Return) checkbox is checked, then Schedule X Part I Line 1 (Amended Amount Owed) must equal Form 540 Line 111 (Amount Owed)," I cannot edit the file form 540 line 111 and TurboTax does not fix this when it revises and tells me the CA tax form is ready to be filed .   What can I do ?  How do I know if Turbotax has completed the forms correctly ?

California efile rejected Reject Code SCHX-020

I have done Fix my return 2 times and its rejected each time. I cannot determine if the return is correct and in talking with your advisors it seems there is a issue in the California returns that does not fill the forms out correctly per the California Tax board requirements . If you had read my original post I explained the rejections (s) all 3 , when following the fix return instructions.  It was also rejected when I sent a printed version in so now I am at a loss and trying to figure out what other "BUGS" are in the software that produces the return in order to get this completed .  I may have to stop using turbotax and find another provider .
