Calif Tax Board stated that intuit turbo tax software has a problem with the California Adjustments - Residents transferring the information from the Federal 1040 to the California 540. The software changes negative dollar amounts to positive dollar amounts, changing my $1585 refund to owning $3000. On the California Adjustments page section B, line 8a. I can't find anyway to make contact with anyone at intuit turbo tax and the State is giving me some time to have turbo tax correct the problem and file a amendment, The State stated many California E-files from Turbo are being held up due to software error. I need help

But note:
a. Federal Net Operating Loss – Enter the amount of the federal NOL included on line 8a, column A, as a positive number [emphasis added] in column C. Get form FTB 3805V, to figure the allowable California NOL.
In response to @SweetieJean
But Turbo tax does not seem to have Ca form 3805V. I had a NOL carryover and it put it as you mentioned on line 8a column A a negative number, and column C as a positive number. This makes it 0 and didn't even prompt me to fill a California form. It references form 3805V in section B line 9b2 so I manually entered the amount, but there is no form. Frustrating.
