On my w2, boxes 19 and 20, Fed and State, there is an amount in 19 and in 20 with the code TOTAL CITY.
In boxes 19 and 20 City or Local filing copy there is a different amount and the code 01-Columbus.
I worked in Columbus, OH and assume the Fed and State w2 box 19/20 should reflect Columbus.
Does the TOTAL CITY include the amount from the city/local box 19 and is a grand total?
Or is the city/local supposed to indicate my city of residence taxes paid, but is incorrectly labeled 01
-Columbus?
I have my school district amount correctly stated on other issued city/local copy.
Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure I understand your question.
Did you receive two separate W-2 forms or did you just receive one W-2 form?
Typically, the amounts reported in Boxes 19 and 20 relate to the local tax assessed and paid. Box 18 would be the total wages considered earned in that locality. It could either be school taxes or municipal taxes. Please see the attached for more details.
You can also contact your employer for clarification if you are unable to determine what the code is based upon the above link.
