Arkansas State Tax Efile

I am trying to efile my Arkansas state tax and TurboTax tells me that I have to file it at the same time as my federal.  I have already filed my federal since I was having other issues with TurboTax on my Arkansas taxes that I have since rectified.  If I can't efile, how do I get TurboTax to assist in filing by mail and will Intuit refund the money I paid to efile since I will not be able to efile.

I have the same problem on a mac.  I think it would help to have a public answer to this.
