Accidental State download

I answered yes to a question about out of state income and was prompted to download a Wisconsin tax return. Fortunately, since we had less than $2000 in income, we don't need to file in Wisconsin. Now, Turbotax wants an additional $50 to file in our home state of Illinois. I've deleted the WI file, but I can't file IL without paying. Any suggestions?
