Iam having same issue rejected 3x !!

Just attempted to file again since prompt shows this issue was fixed. It lets me go through the screens until I get to the last page. Clicking the “transmit my returns now” button doesn’t work currently. My return has been rejected 4 times now because of this issue. Very frustrating

Same here.  Was on with support yesterday for 1.5 hours and they had no clue how to rectify.

Same. We were just on the phone with TurboTax support for over an hour. Figured out how to unlock return after hitting Print and then it saying on the second page of instructions that it is illegal to mail it in. Go to “add a state” and it will let you continue. We went through the whole thing again with the agent and resubmitted. Still no boxes to check. Hopefully it won’t get rejected a 6th time for the missing nonexistent check box.

Same issue! They need to fix this. Spouse signature box never pops up. I can’t check off any boxes just sends me to straight to transmit return page and make pins for myself spouse and I but no declaration to file page.

I just got a response that my state return was accepted. Surprising because i just submitted it this afternoon.  I would suggest going through the state return again - just keep clicking continue, you don’t have to remove and start from scratch. Just click through every screen.

Did the declaration page ever end up showing up for you? With both boxes to check?

I resubmitted a few hours ago, still did not get the declaration page, and my NY State return was just accepted! I did not delete and start again, I just started over from the "Fix my return" button like last time, but this time it worked. Hopefully this works for other people as well!

And I'm glad I didn't listen to the various TurboTax customer support agents who told me a) this wasn't a problem, b) my return wasn't rejected, c) the problem was the was the inflation bug, d) this was a NY IRS problem not a TurboTax problem, and e) I'd need to file by mail because it couldn't be fixed. Hopefully the coordination among the TurboTax response staff improves, I've never seen a mess like this one before.

Okay thank you, just going to resubmit. Hopefully it’ll work this time. Fingers crossed! And I agree, I have been using turbo tax for many years and this year has been the most frustrating and disappointing.

No, nothing different with the screens or process -after that person told us earlier that it might have been fixed I decided to try. I went back to the start of my state and just clicked screen by screen. Nothing was different.

Good to know. I got rejected again today and resubmitted it a couple hours ago. I hope for the same.

I've been rejected about 5 times now. I can't find the missing Spouse Signature Check box on the New York E-File Declaration statement. It's impossible to fix. I don't want to keep resubmitting. They say to print and sign but this seems like such a hassle when I checked all the boxes and we both signed where needed + added pin.

After submitting mine for the 5th time, mine was finally accepted last night! No declaration page or boxes to check when I resubmitted either!

Same. 11:40pm it was finally accepted after 4 rejections.
