2022 New York State Form IT -204, Partnership Return

Hello,

When will 2022 NYS Form IT -204, Partnership Return, be available for e-filing? The deadline to file this form is March 15 2023.  I find it hard to believe that NYS would not make that form available just 7 days before the filing deadline. Thank you
