Problem with State Filing

Hello,

When I completed the 2022 IRS and CA State returns and tried to file them electronically, TurboTax sent me this notification for State filing: “The return is ineligible for electronic filing. The return must include an LLC which is not a disregarded entity. The return must be printed and mailed.” I assumed it was because of Form 568, so I completed and mailed it by USPS. After 20 days, the tracking shows that the mail has not been delivered to the PO Box and is still in Sacramento. The USPS says there is a delay. The FTB says they have no clue! Thanks for any advice.
