Problem with MO-NRP (Missouri)

I had filed my Federal Business Tax and I was trying to fie the Missouri tax form. It said I had to mail it in but then it said it had problems.  It highlighted a line called Missouri Source % (below Line 13) , and it said it had to be filled. This line was showing it was line 13 divided by line 12. Unfortunately, line 12 was completely greyed out for me. Apart from not knowing what to put in that cell, the cell would not even let me type anything inside it. I had just wanted to type 100%. Does anybody know how I should resolve his. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

We are unable to reproduce this experience in TurboTax Business. It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions: 

1. Open your return and go to Online in the top menu, then choose "Send Tax File to Agent."
2. You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click okay through this screen and then you will get a Token number.
3. Reply to this thread with a screenshot of your Token number (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and tag (@) the Expert requesting the token from you.
4. Please include any States that are part of your return - this is VERY important.

We will attempt to determine the cause of your experience and possibly provide you with a resolution.
