Problem with GA depreciation disallowance relating to residential rental property for partial-year resident

I previously was a MA resident and relocated to GA, effective 10/5, where I changed my residency. I have residential rental property in MA and put new appliances into service this year, electing the 100% special depreciation allowance. GA limits depreciation to 20% and, therefore, disallows 80% of the special depreciation allowance.

The problem is that TT is showing a disallowance of the full 80%, rather than 80% of that portion allocable to my GA residency. The on-line version of TT doesn't appear to allow me to change the disallowance.

Any thoughts or workaround suggestions?  Many thanks.

The federal should be allowing the full amount. Only GA should be limited. Can you clarify what forms you are looking at and which lines?
