Printing and mailing State Tax forms

How do I print my State tax forms - NC and SC. Do you know if they can be filed online or do they need mailed?

Both NC and SC tax returns can be filed electronically through TurboTax or even directly through each state's Department of Revenue website. Electronic filing will allow your returns to be processed more quickly and securely than printing and mailing them.
