Potential error in TurboTax

I paid $16,000 in estimated income taxes to South Carolina in 2022 ... four quarterly payments of $4,000.  Looks correct on Federal Tax return.  When doing South Carolina Income taxes, the number transferred from Federal form to SC form is $16,800 ... I missed the discrepancy in my final review, but I cannot find where the extra $800 came from.  Of course, the SC Dept of Revenue shows I paid $16,000 and is holding up my SC Income tax refund.  How can I correct this?

Maybe it thinks you made a payment with an extension to file.  Or that you applied a refund from last year?  Did you pay any estimates to another state?
