Pennsylvania (PA) State Tax Return: Prepare W-2 Additional Information Statement

I moved to PA from MA during 2021.  My employer sent separate W2s, one for PA and one for MA, representing exactly when I lived in each state.  TurboTax prompted me with the question: "Prepare W-2 Additional Information Statement".  Do I need to prepare this statement or can I skip it?  If I need to prepare it, it's not clear what I should enter in the field "Form or Schedule to Which this Statement Relates" or in the field "Statement Information".

I'm not sure what that notice is referring to. I recommend you skip over it and if it is an issue you will be prompted to address it when you do the review and prepare to file your tax return.
