Pennsylvania inheritance tax

My parent, a resident of Arizona, passed away in 2020.  There was a POD bank account of approximately $75,000.   I am a surviving child and live in Pennsylvania.   (1) Is the POD bank account taxable in Pennsylvania?  (2) Where does this amount get entered in the TurboTax Pennsylvania form?  Thank you.
