I completely prepared my 2019 taxes on Turbotax Home and Business purchased from Sams.
I have tried and Turbo Tax customer have tried to enter the screen to input credit card information to pay
19.99 for state efile. I can input billing information on the screen but it does not advance any further to input the credit card information. Again I have worked with two different people from Turbotax customer service and neither one could help me figure it out.

I'm trying to pay for my state tax efiling. I've used two agents to figure this out to no avail.
Apparently I have to change my intuit password but nothing I have tried will work. I worked with a TurboTax rep for over an hour on the phone and all that accomplished was getting myself locked out for trying to change my password too many times
If you are unable to change your password using the self-service portal, the only option is to contact a customer service representative.
