Paying for State Income tax processing. After years of using Turbotax and NOT paying to process state income tax forms, why am i being asked to pay $39.99 to do this process??

You chose the option to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund.  The service charge for this option is $39.99.  Remove the fee and pay with a credit card.
