Part-year NYC resident itemized deductions

I moved to NYC from out of state in mid 2019  and all my income is from my time as a NYC resident. When completing the NY state tax return as a part-year resident, the "Part-Year City Itemized Deductions" page asks for the NYC resident portion of the taxes I paid.

Is this asking for the amount of NYC tax my employers deducted from my paycheck (W-2 box 19)? Or is this asking for the amount of my federal tax that I paid while as a resident of NYC?

Thanks!

Part-year NYC resident itemized deductions

if you were employed by the same employer and no income was earned in NC, this would be the amount of NYC tax your employers deducted from your paycheck (W-2 box 19).
