PA Tax Summary for Net Gain/Loss from sale, exchange, disposition of property is miscalculated

The PA Tax Summary is only showing the Net Gain from Spouse's PA Schedule D Line 11 but not the Net Loss from the Taxpayer's Line 11.  Shouldn't they be added together?
