"Other Federal Adjustments"?...

I am filing state taxes for Georgia and North Carolina and I have no idea what it is referring to here...Where did the $426 come from?...

"Other Federal Adjustments"?...

So this is asking for the Georgia part of the adjustment- as I said before it would be tied to the self-employment- so to make it easy- was your Schedule C income tied to Georgia, North Carolina or both?  If it was Georgia, no entry is needed, if it was NC you can enter the $426 for other state.  If it was both, you will have to apply a percentage to allocate the amount between the two states based on time in each state, or income earned (just the schedule C income) in each state.  @777David

This looks like it is depreciation adjustment from a Schedule C, E , or F.  Did you have self-employment or rental income- look for 179 or bonus depreciation.
