Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credit for 2020

I bought a Harmon Absolute63 pellet stove in Dec 2020.  Turbo Tax seems to indicate an Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credit is applicable to 2020, however, on-line Oregon indicates it ended in 2017.  Is the Turbo Tax section referring only to carry forward credits applicable to 2020 or am I able to secure this credit with my 2020 purchased item?

No, you are not able to use this as a Residential Energy Tax Credit on your 2020 return. You are correct that the program for this ended in 2017.

You are able to use this on the federal return on line 22a with a maximum amount of $300 on Form 5695.
