Hello - The Oregon kicker is not included in my state refund. I shared my file with an agent and hoping to get this resolved.
I qualify for the kicker and it shows up in my return but my refund amount does not change. Why does it say $457 when my kicker is $874? Some of the $457 has been deducted to pay for Turbo Tax, etc. But I was still left over with $200-ish, which would still be more than what is showing. I've gone through everything except submitting it to file so it should have changed.

The reason why your refund is showing $457 could be because you had a balance due to Oregon of $417 before the kicker was applied. Once the $874 was added to the balance due, that would be a $457 refund.
You had mentioned that you share your file with an agent. If you did that, would you please provide us with the token number that you got when you did that, so that we could take a closer look at a sanitized version of your tax return? If you don't have the token number, you could share the file with agent agent. Then write down the token number and send that token number back in your reply to this message.
