On my Pennsylvania Information Worksheet it is selected that I lived there part time, but I did not and it will not let me change it. I need help fixing this please.

Is this the location on the Information worksheet you are speaking of?

This information comes from your Personal Info, where you enter what state you live in, and whether or not (and when) you moved here from a different state. So are you saying that you did not enter that?

Are there dates listed here?

If TurboTax does not add a part-year return for PA, the this may not be a problem, but I would suggest that you go back to the Personal Info and recheck your entries.

Is it possible that you put in that you moved, and started your PA return, then went back and removed the changes states info?
