On 2019 return, i designated $200 to go toward my state taxes in 2020. where is that? I didnt enter it?

State Form 2020.  where to enter the $200 from State 2019?

You can find the entry for an overpayment applied to your 2020 taxes in the Federal Taxes > Deductions and Credits > Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid > 2019 Refund Applied to 2020 section of your return.  

Use the following steps to go there:

• On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
• This opens a box where you can type in “applied overpayment” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
• The search results will give you an option to “Jump to applied overpayment”
• Click on the blue “Jump to applied overpayment” link 
• Scroll down to the 2019 Refund Applied to 2020 section
• Click Start or Update beside 2019 refund applied to 2020 state taxes to enter your information
