OHIO SCHOOL DISTRICT INCOME TAX PENALTY

The penalty for the Ohio School District Income Tax did not carry onto the first page of my Ohio SDIT form, therefore my SDIT amount due was short by that amount.  The software calculated the penalty but did not transfer it to line 9 of page 1 from Form IT SD/2210.

I couldn't find where else to report this glitch - I hope this helps some other users from missing paying their penalty.
