Unable to efile software, says IT 196 Ready soon however your state availability page shows it available and it appears in software and is filled in in. What does this mean?

If it shows up in the list of forms and is filled in, ignore this message unless this prevents you from efiling your return. Might be a minor software glitch.that can appear periodically.
