NY state tax return was rejected

I followed the instructions and could not find anything that needed adjustments or changes.  What do I do next?

the email indicates that once I've opened turbotax the details about what's causing the problem will be displayed.   How do I get to this message once I open turbotax?

why were all four returns rejected on NYS. Was there a softwear problem

I received an email saying that my NYS tax return was rejected. The message in the email read: 

NY_Itemized - We've identified a potential issue in your New York return due to an error in our software.

I reopened my Turbotax download, but there were no instructions on how to correct it or what went wrong.

What do I do now?
