I'm working on my 2021 taxes, and I am required to fill out schedule B for NY form IT-203-F. However, whenever I re-check this form to make sure the values I entered were correct, it always comes back up as mostly empty. One or two fields are still filled out, but the rest are blank which forces me to fill these fields out again. Is this a bug in TurboTax online? Why is this form getting cleared every time I check it?

I was able to figure out that it's a software bug. If I completely deleted the form, I could fill it out and press save and it would keep the information that I had added. The problem was that when I filled out the form, it only allowed me to make one single entry for RSUs. If I tried to go back and add more entries (which I could do once I saved it the first time), it wouldn't save the information after I entered it and pressed save again. If I deleted the form and tried to re-enter it, I would once again only be able to fill out one page.
TL;DR, if you delete the form, you can fill it out again from scratch and it WILL remember the information you enter, but you can only enter one page worth of info. Any attempts to enter more info after saving the first page will be lost.
Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
If you are still not able to continue, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
What is the TurboTax phone number?
Thanks for that. I did just try clearing cookies and cache for Intuit and ran into the same issue. I also tried in a different browser, as well as on a different device and keep running into the same problems.
Please go ahead and reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance with this issue. An agent will be able to review the form with you to see where the error is. I provided the link above.
Ok, hopefully I won't have to pay for phone support since this seems to be a bug in the online software.
Was your issue solved by a representative? I am running into the same issue and nobody seems to know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

How did you delete the form?
That is exactly the issue I'm running into.
What do you mean by entering one page worth of info?
I have several transactions to enter.
@MichelleLO I did that before even writing this post
You will not be able to enter multiple transactions unless the bugs have been fixed. Unfortunately TurboTax doesn’t have a way to report software bugs. They direct you to over the phone tax experts, even if you have found a legitimate problem with the website.
I ended up accepting that my return will be missing transactions, and if someone wants to make a fuss about it I will make TurboTax handle it. I’m glad to provide my copies of documentation if it comes to that but so far I’ve received all my returns. My guess is that these forms don’t get looked at unless someone manually reviews your taxes anyways.
@photograft thanks so much!!!!!!!
It's 2024, and this is still broken.
