Why? well, it looks like you have a tax situation in your Connecticut return that makes it ineligible for e-filing.

Reason for e-file ineligibility: 

              Return in a non-calendar year return.

i checked the form and it shows jan 1, 2022 - dec 31,2022

did you put the dates in or was it automatic by Tyrbotax?  if you, remove them. if Turbotax contact support this could be a programming bug.

i tried to put them in when the review said the above. and then re did the review and got the same thing
