NM state pending

I file my return on 2/1/21 and my Federal was accepted on 02/14/21 and on the tab where it says view efile information it says my “Received by New Mexico” and it shows the time but then it says changed to pending? 

anyone know why it hasn’t been accepted?

I submitted mine electronically to NM through Turbo Tax on 2/13/21. The state return has never been accepted or rejected by NM, and I have no idea who to contact to find out what the status is. My guess is that NM has no idea the return has been sent, but I don't know how to get Turbo Tax to resubmit.
