In the New Jersey state section Turbo Tax ask the question. "Include your dependents under age 22 who were full-time college students in 2022 and for whom you paid at least 50% of the tuition and maintenance costs.
If my dependent child is 22 does that mean I can't claim up to the $10,000 of tuition as the parent under CHAPTER 128 of the “New Jersey College Affordability Act.”

According to NJ Instructions, there is no age limitation for that deduction.
