New York Return is not factoring in any of the income withheld, anyone else having this issue?

Intuit says I owe all the possible NY state income tax despite what has been withheld.  Can't find a way to edit.

Did you enter all of your NY withholding?    Go back to the federal section and make sure you entered all of your withholding.   And make sure you have entered NY for any state withholding.  It is very easy to enter NJ or NM when allocating withholding to a state.   You have to go back to the source documents (w2 or 1099).

Did you make estimated payments to NY?   If so, those are entered on the federal side also; see link.

Thank you so much!  The issue was Box 14 Other I have "NY State Wages" and for category I selected State Wages Taxable, which ended up double counting my income....
I set the category to Other, and that seems to have fixed it.

I had the same issue.  I worked in New York, but I was a full time resident in New Jersey.  There's no agreement between New York and New Jersey.  However, when I revisited the Federal, I saw all numbers for New York were there and taxes I paid there applied towards New Jersey.
